1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "Service" refers to vehicle arrangement services provided by Veyond
• "User" or "You" refers to individuals engaging our services
• "We", "Us", or "Veyond" refers to our company and operations
• "Engagement" refers to confirmed vehicle arrangement period
• "Vehicle" refers to automobiles made available through our service
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions and associated arrangement documentation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Veyond services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not proceed with booking arrangements.

Users must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Singapore driving license to engage our services. By confirming an arrangement, you represent that you meet these requirements and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Service Description

3.1 Available Arrangements

Veyond provides three distinct vehicle arrangement options operating in Singapore:

• Snapshot: Three-hour self-drive arrangement with refined sedans or coupés
• Portrait: Full-day engagement with broader vehicle selection and concierge support
• Panorama: Five-day collection with vehicle switching option and delivery management

3.2 Service Availability

Services are provided within Singapore only. Vehicle availability is subject to existing engagements and maintenance schedules. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of comparable quality when necessary.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 License and Documentation

Users must provide:

• Valid Singapore driving license or acceptable international equivalent
• Valid identification document
• Payment method verification
• Emergency contact information

4.2 Vehicle Operation

Users agree to:

• Operate vehicles in accordance with Singapore traffic regulations
• Maintain vehicles in reasonable condition during engagement period
• Report any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents immediately
• Return vehicles with fuel levels matching collection condition
• Refrain from smoking, illegal activities, or unauthorized modifications

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Use vehicles for commercial purposes without prior written approval
• Transport hazardous materials or engage in racing activities
• Leave Singapore jurisdiction with the vehicle
• Exceed posted speed limits or drive recklessly

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Arrangement pricing is stated in Singapore dollars and includes:

• Vehicle usage for specified duration
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Roadside assistance access
• Concierge support where applicable to arrangement tier

5.2 Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved electronic transfers. A security deposit may be held and released following vehicle return inspection.

5.3 Additional Charges

Users are responsible for:

• Parking fees and tolls incurred during engagement
• Traffic violations and fines issued during usage period
• Fuel replacement if returned below collection level
• Cleaning fees for excessive interior soiling
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear

6. Cancellation and Modification

6.1 User Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled engagement receive full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of arrangement fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the full amount.

6.2 Modifications

Schedule modifications are accommodated where possible subject to vehicle availability. Extensions requested during active engagements are charged at pro-rated hourly rates.

6.3 Veyond Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances including mechanical issues or force majeure events. Full refunds will be provided, though we are not liable for consequential losses.

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive insurance is provided through authorized Singapore providers, covering collision, theft, and third-party liability. Coverage terms and conditions are governed by the insurance policy documentation provided at arrangement confirmation.

7.2 User Liability

Users remain liable for:

• Insurance deductibles for covered incidents
• Damage resulting from prohibited activities or negligence
• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Violations of traffic regulations or parking restrictions

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Veyond's liability is limited to the amount paid for the arrangement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Veyond and protected under Singapore intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our website for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

By engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

10.2 Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution procedures.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and arrangement confirmation documentation, constitute the entire agreement between users and Veyond.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
